We only collect the information you voluntarily provide to create your personalized digital album, including:

• Photos, videos, texts, and audio files you upload;
• Basic contact details for communication and product delivery (e.g., name, email, phone number).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to deliver the digital product you requested, which may include:

• Creating private digital pages telling your story;
• Using artificial intelligence to identify special moments and generate meaningful captions.

We do not use your data for advertising or any other purpose beyond providing your product.

3. Data Sharing

No personal data is shared with third parties, social networks, or commercial partners.

4. Security and Storage

All communication with Eternal Steps is end-to-end encrypted, including WhatsApp messages.

Data is securely stored on AWS servers, with S3 digital signature protection and restricted access controls.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained for as long as the user wishes to keep their digital album active. Upon request, all data can be permanently deleted in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
