Eternal Steps – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eternal Steps service ("Service") provided by us ("Company", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Eternal Steps Service, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Eternal Steps is a platform that allows users to create personalized digital albums by sending photos, videos, texts, and audio files via WhatsApp. The service includes:

• Processing and organizing content submitted by the user;
• Creating personalized digital pages using artificial intelligence;
• Providing a shareable link to access the digital album;
• Secure storage of content on cloud servers.

3. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• Maintain the security of your account and password;
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• Not submit content that violates third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights;
• Not submit offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content;
• Be responsible for all content you submit through the Service.

4. Payment and Refunds

Use of the Service requires a one-time payment. All prices are displayed in local currency and include all applicable taxes. Refund policy:

• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase;
• After album processing begins, refunds may not be available;
• Refund requests must be made by email to ramon@theindiehive.com.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.

Eternal Steps and all Service content, including design, logos, text, and software, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternal Steps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

7. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time.
